Annette is a seasoned leader, consultant and educator with a particular grasp of the organizational development aspects of major change that can make the difference in setting up teams for success.

 

Annette specializes in program management, strategic planning, and change management. She has deep industry experience in financial services, professional services and healthcare as well as retail and media. Annette has led digital and other transformational change initiatives in marketing, human resources and IT functions in both Canada and the US. 

 

In her current capacity as Global Lead of People & Capability Development she leads the team responsible for Capability Development for Change Management Globally.  She also has divisional accountability of the People function.
